Once a year we set up the function suites in popular wedding formats and open the hotel to prospective brides and grooms to have a look around to give them inspiration for their big day. It’s not a wedding fair, we have booked for 28th April 11-3pm, so there are no other suppliers, it’s just about the hotel and it’s an ideal opportunity to pick the brains of our wonderful staff who live and breathe weddings, it also enables current brides and grooms to bring their friends and family who may not have seen the venue before.
There were 2 hot dates, 20th July and 17th August 2024 that were given away as half price packages and were quickly snapped up, and every wedding booked within a month of the open day received £150.00 bar credit to use on the evening of their wedding.
Sundays open day was a roaring success, with a huge number of enquiries for 2025 and the diary for next year is filling up nicely.
